1,500 Point Host of Nurgle Lord Leprox Littlepox
He kills enemy generals by challenging them to say his name
really fast, 5 times in a row.

I made this army for local warhammer campaign (I hope guys
that I play with don't send spies to this page ;)
Territories:
2 villages
Forest (just wait till I assemble 2 more chariots...
muhahaha)
UNIT 1
Lord Leprox Littlepox (chaos steed, lance, armor of meteoric iron);
Character - 336
7 centaurs (lances, 2 hand weapons, standard); Regiment - 200
TOTAL: 536
USE: Hard hitting unit (well, it is hard hitting in 1500
game) used for flanking. Note that Leprox has 1+ save and
movement of 8, combined with lances it translates into
devastating charge.
UNIT 2
Chaos Champion (h. armor, helberd); Character - 96
19 beastmen (standard); - Regiment - 200
TOTAL: 296
USE: Can you tell that I looove beastmen? Don't leave home
without 50 or so... Hopefully one of the three units will manage
to cross the board without infighting (well, with Ld 9 that won't
be much of a problem :)
UNIT 3
Chaos Champion (h. armor, second hand weapon); Character - 95
19 beastmen (standard); - Regiment - 200
TOTAL: 295
UNIT 4
Chaos sorcerer (second hand weapon); Character - 85

USE: Your mission, which you will accept because you have no
choice, is to seek and engage enemy warmachine, stop dangerous
enemy chargers, etc. or (and) die in process.
GRAND TOTAL: 1497

Battles

Battle 1
In first battle I faced a warband of my most hated adversary -
Tzeentch, Lord of Change. Battle to determine the possesion of
the prized piece of terrain - Bridge - lasted 5 turns. I fielded
army listed above, and his horde looked something like this:
General on a disc with Flail of Skulls
Sorcerer on a disc
5 dragon ogres
20 beastmen with helberds and standard
20 beastmen with aditional hand weapons and standard
beastman chariot
The luck changed sides many times during the battle, now on the
side of the Plague Lord's minions (with shining moment when
Leprox and centaurs charged and ran down 5 dragon ogres on first
turn *evil grin*); and then on the side of Lord of Many Faces
(with lowest moment of the battle: when Leprox charged and
challenged Tzeentchian Lord and then proceeded to roll 1, 2, 2,
3, and 3 to hit - he was then defeated, rolled 11 on leadership
and rode off into the sunset). In the centre of the battlefield
vicious battle was fought between regiments of beastmen (40
Tzaangor + chariot against almost 60 Pestigor). In a bloodbath
that ensued no mercy was given or expected and few survived to
tell the tale. One regiment of my Pestigor earned their name
(and +2 elite status) by capturing 2 standards (from both enemy
regiments) and so the Doomblight Herd was born. In the end Lord
Leprox rode from the battlefield with his head held high (and few
dents in his armor). 9:8 victory for Nurgle, minimal perhaps,
but any victory over the Most Hated One is sweet...
SPOILS OF WAR:
Bridge, terrain piece which gave me 30 aditional points to
spend on warband (why the Hel did I roll 3 on 2d6?).
Doomblight Herd, +2 elite regiment.

Battle 2
In the second battle Leprox allied with a skaven army against the
unlikely alliance of Khorne and Orc host. Battle lasted 5 turns.
My army was same as one above except 30 extra points allowed me
to buy aditional beastman for unit with sorcerer, and equip
Doomblight Herd with aditional hand weapons.
My Skaven ally's army consisted of (as far as I remember):
General in a unit with around 30 stormvermin
Doomwheel
Vermin Lord daemon
around 25 plague monks + 8 plague censer bearers
8 gutter runners
Orc army looked something like this:
General on wyvern
around 30 orc boyz with standard
36 night goblins with double handed weapons and Bad Moon
banner and 3 fanatics
6 squigs + 4 squig herder teams
2 squig hoppers
a giant
level 1 gobbo shaman
level 4 gobbo shaman
Khorne host contained:
General on juggernaut
20 beastmen with standard and 3rd level beastman shaman
8 chaos warriors with standard and champion
dragon ogre
Battle was a fairly bloody one with most of the Khorne's Warband
decimated - only his general survived (of course) and big chunk
of Orc and Goblin allies fled or was destroyed. The battle ended
in a sure victory for alliance of Nurgle and Skaven (gotta love
those Plague Monks ;) - 10+:6. We gave up 6 points, and our
opponents at least 10 - we stopped counting when we realized that
we won.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Damn Doomwheel went out of control in the
first round and caused havoc on the left flank for the reminder
of the battle. Lord Leprox challenged and killed Orc general
(Widowmaker or something like that was his name) and ran down his
wyvern. Censer bearers wiped out unit of chaos warriors like
they were candy... unfortunatelly they also managed to kill each
other in the process. Two little squig hoppers had a field day,
killing way over 200 points of our troops (not bad for what they
cost).
Lesson I learned: no one stands in a way of a frenzied Khorne
Lord on juggernaut, you just let them have their way and don't
piss them off even more.
Thing Khorngor shaman should have known before comming to the
field: you do not cast doombolt on the Verminlord who is 6 inches
away and expect to live for long.
SPOILS OF WAR:
Treasure Hoard - which will give me 5 aditional magic items
of any value, in a campaign where there is usually 1 or 2 magic
items per side this is a clear advantage... than again, how much
magic can you get with 1,530 points? Ah, I missed my chaos
armor... now I can have it back :)
Leprox Littlepox earned his first feat, making him +1 veteran
character.
As a winning general, I rolled Victorious Troops on a victory
bonus table (I forgot to do that last battle).
